Workshop 2: Investment arbitration and forum shopping
• Led by an Investment Arbitration lawyer.

Workshop 1: Made in Morocco - Intellectual property and brand protection
• Led by a representative of OMPIC and a lawyer specializing in intellectual property.
Workshop 2: The investment charter
• Led by a representative of the Ministry of Investment, Convergence and Evaluation of Public Policies, a representative of the CRI of Casablanca. For the public, banking and private sectors (industry, culture, tourism, renewable energies, etc.)
