TERMS OF SALES
Online sales - Model of general conditions of online sale
The general conditions of online sale summarize the clauses of the contract entered into by the customer with the e-commerce site. He offers them to his customers who accept them before placing an order. They must therefore be consistent with the activity of the website they govern. And moreover, they must also comply with a certain number of rules imposed by law, in particular the Hamon law which came into force on June 14, 2014.
